About slaye
slaye is two things in one place: a free Android app that performs photorealistic AI virtual makeup try-ons, and an editorial library that explains the technique, history, and product science behind every look in the app.
What we do
The app handles the visual try-on — snap a selfie, pick from 170+ curated styles, see the transformation in seconds with photorealistic precision. The editorial library does the knowledge work: every style in the app maps to a written tutorial with step-by-step technique, product guidance, FAQs, and tips tailored to eye shape, skin tone, and age group.
The blog is where we cover the wider beauty conversation — runway-to-feed pivots like cloud skin, decade-by-decade history, ingredient deep-dives, and routines that fit a real morning. We don't recycle press releases. Every piece is reported and written by a named editor with experience in the area.
